When a user is connected to the Wi-Fi, is it possible to log or monitor their information and activity (e.g., MAC address, phone number, browsing history)?

The data you can monitor is split between what is handled by Cloud4Wi and what is managed by your local network infrastructure:

• What Cloud4Wi tracks: The platform manages identity, onboarding, and authentication. From the Cloud4Wi dashboard, you can view and log user profile data, including their identity, phone number, email address, device MAC address, and session timestamps.

• What Cloud4Wi DOES NOT track: Cloud4Wi does not monitor or log user browsing activity, web traffic, or the specific URLs/web pages visited.

🔒 Traffic and Web Monitoring: Tracking user browsing history or filtering web content is a standard functionality of your network hardware. To monitor or log the websites users visit, you must check the logs of your Access Points, local gateway, or firewall.
