Purpose
This guide shows how to configure the TP-Link Omada Cloud controller to use it in accordance with Cloud4Wi.
Please note that the images contained in this article may contain outdated configuration data. Therefore, please check the text data, as they are certainly up to date.
Wireless Network setup
Form the sidebar, navigate to Network Config > Network Settings > WLAN.
Click Add to create a new SSID and configure with the following parameters::
- SSID: Guest WiFi (or whatever you wish)
- Band: 2.4GHz and 5GHz
- Guest Network: Enabled
- Security Mode: None
RADIUS Configuration
Form the sidebar, navigate to Network Config > Profile > RADIUS Profile.
Click + Create New RADIUS Profile. Configure it with the following parameters:
- Name: reference name (eg. Cloud4Wi RADIUS)

- RADIUS Server IP: 54.247.117.188
- RADIUS Port: 1812
- RADIUS Password: (this value is privately communicated by Cloud4Wi)

Authentication Server 2
- RADIUS Server IP: 54.247.117.188
- RADIUS Port: 1812
- RADIUS Password: (this value is privately communicated by Cloud4Wi)
- Accounting: Enabled
- Interim Update: Enable
- Interim Update: 120

Accounting Server 1
- RADIUS Server IP: 54.247.117.188
- RADIUS Port: 1812
- RADIUS Password: (this value is privately communicated by Cloud4Wi)

- RADIUS Server IP: 54.247.117.188
- RADIUS Port: 1812

Portal Configuration
Form the sidebar, navigate to Network Config > Authentication > Portal.
Click + Create New Portal.
In the first tab Portal, configure it with the following parameters:
- Portal Name: reference name (e.g. "Cloud4Wi")
- Portal: Enabled
- SSID & Network: select the SSID that you created before
- Authentication Type: RADIUS Server
- Authentication Timeout: 1 hour
- RADIUS Profile: select the RADIUS Profile created before
- NAS ID: "TP-Link" (or anything)
- Portal Logout: enabled
- Authentication Mode: PAP
- Portal Customization: External Web Portal: https://splashportal.cloud4wi.com
- HTTSP Redirection: Enabled
- Landing Page: the Promotional URL: https://splashportal.cloud4wi.com
Move to the second tab Access Control to configure the walled gardens:
- Pre-Authentication Access: Enabled
- In the Pre-Authentication Access List section click Add on the right to add new entries (you can add multiple entries in the same modal)
- CDNs (entered as
- cloud4wi.com
- c4wstatic.cloud4wi.com
- c4wstaticjs.cloud4wi.com
