Platform Setup & Configuration
Configure accounts on the Cloud4Wi platform to fully operate all components, including:
- Establishing account administrators
- Implementing data compliance policies
- Uploading and configuring network inventory (locations and access points) on the Cloud4Wi platform, including inventory API integration
- Designing four captive portals and onboarding journeys aligned with client branding and strategy
- Developing up to four real-time messaging campaigns (Real-Time Location Services only)
Custom Development Support
Gather requirements and prepare the Statement of Work (SOW) document for approval regarding feasibility and acceptance. A dedicated Technical Account Manager will coordinate activities and provide support during testing.
Platform Management
Update the Cloud4Wi platform configuration periodically to align with the latest requirements, including:
- Updating inventory (locations and access points)
- Performing up to four annual updates for captive portal and onboarding journey
- Managing Inventory API integration on the Cloud4Wi Platform
- Creating up to four real-time messaging campaigns (Real-Time Location Services only)
Best Practices Consultancy
Provide consultancy on industry best practices, including reviews and recommendations for captive portal and onboarding journey, real-time messaging campaigns, among others.
Integration Consultancy (2 Hours / Year)
Provide consultancy services that include support for accessing the Development Center and tools; this encompasses 2 hours per year of consultancy on best practices and configurations (APIs, MyApps), as well as access to Beta programs.
