The TCF is an industry-standard technical framework that enables companies to help consumers exercise their rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive when their personal data is processed for digital advertising and content personalization.

Our Role in the Advertising Ecosystem
Cloud4Wi manages a sophisticated media platform that aggregates data from trusted third-party providers and direct applications. This data is utilized to help our clients create Custom Advertising Audiences and perform statistical analyses.
Data Ingestion and Consent
We ensure that the data we ingest—whether from third-party providers or direct app integrations —is collected with valid, informed, and granular consent. By utilizing the TCF, we can verify the TC String (Transparency and Consent String) associated with the data, ensuring that:
The user was informed about the specific purposes of processing.
Clear consent was granted for those purposes.
The user's preferences are respected throughout the lifecycle of the data within our platform.
Purposes for Processing
Under the TCF, Cloud4Wi processes data for the following specific purposes (as defined by the framework):
Storage & Access: Storing and accessing information (e.g., identifiers) on user devices (Purpose 1).
Ad Profiling & Targeting: Creating custom profiles and selecting personalized ads for our clients (Purposes 3 & 4).
Measurement & Insights: Measuring ad performance and generating audience statistics from multiple data sources (Purposes 7 & 9).
Product Improvement: Using data to refine algorithms and enhance our media services (Purpose 10).
Cloud4Wi adopt a consent-only model for advertising-related purposes, in alignment with the TCF v2.2 requirements.
