Step 1. Cloud4Wi Console setup
- Navigate to Users > Auth Sources, click Add
- Add a Name for your source. Select SAML form the Protocol dropdown and Okta dorm the Platform dropdown.
- Keep the Cloud4Wi console open and go to the Okta console in another browser tab.
Step 2. OKTA Console Settings
1. In a different browser tab, navigate to admin Okta console https://login.okta.com/
2. Go to the Applications > Applications -> Create App Integration
3. Select SAML 2.0 and click Next
4. In the Create SAML Integration wizard, in the first step add an App name, such as "Cloud4Wi", and click Next
5. In the second step of the wizard, "Configure SAML", in the SAML Setting card, configure the following
- Single sign-on URL : enter the the value of the Reply URL shown in the Cloud4Wi console

Audience URI (SP Entity ID): enter the the value of the Entity ID shown in the Cloud4Wi console
6. Click Next and save on the final step
7. Go to the Sign On tab of the Application and on the Setting card copy the value of the Metadata URL (you need to enter this in the Cloud4Wi console to finalize the integration)
9. In the same tab, scroll to the Attribute statements card. Expand the section "Show legacy configuration" and add the 3 following statements
- emailAddress > user.email
- firstName > user.firstName
- userId > user.Id
10. Go to the Assignments settings and assign the newly created application Cloud4Wi to your users and click Done.
Step 3. Finalize Cloud4wi Console settings
Go back to the Cloud4Wi console and make sure to enter in the Metadata URI the value of the Matadata URL copied form the Okta console.
Save.
Now you can enable the Okta source in your Login Profile.
