This release introduces targeted usability enhancements, structural data optimizations, and identity governance refinements across the Cloud NAC platform—specifically establishing a clear operational boundary between Guest and Trusted user lifecycles and splitting dedicated analytics dashboards.
1. User Management & Taxonomy
Dedicated User Lists (Guest vs. Trusted): The unified All Users view has been replaced with two distinct directories: Guest Users and Trusted Users. This visual and structural separation provides administrators with immediate clarity between short-term visitor records and managed corporate identities.
Navigation Menu Restructuring: Menu taxonomy has been reorganized to reflect the new user segmentation, reducing clicks to access identity registers and policy configurations.
User Provisioning Governance (Guest WiFi : The manual Add User button has been removed from dedicated Guest Wi-Fi product profiles. Manually provisioned identities function as Trusted Users (where the platform operates as the primary Identity Store) and are governed under Cloud NAC licensing and metrics.
Granular Filtering & Export Updates:
User export files (CSV/Excel) now include a dedicated
Typecolumn, explicitly categorizing records as Guest or Trusted.Advanced user filtering now supports filtering by product line (e.g., isolating WiFiNAC identities).
2. Splash Page Data Quality & Form Optimizations
International Phone Number Validation: Integrated standard international telephone validation featuring dynamic country prefix selection, real-time syntax checking, and inline error feedback to improve phone number accuracy at intake.
Onboarding Navigation: Added a Go Back button to second screen of the multi-step form in the splash Portal, allowing users to return to previous steps without losing entered configurations.
3. Analytics & Reporting by Product Line
Split WiFi Analytics Dashboards: Separated telemetry reporting into dedicated dashboards for Cloud NAC and Guest WiFi, offering tailored KPI visualizations for corporate versus guest network usage.
Cloud NAC Interface & Navigation: Refined the dashboard layout with quick-switch controls and navigation components tailored to managed network telemetry.
Tag Management Performance: Optimized load times across the Tags management interface and introduced an advanced search utility (Search Tag) for faster label discovery.
4. Network Inventory & Synchronization
Tag Cleanup on Inventory Sync: Fixed the Network Inventory synchronization workflow to ensure tag deletions on network infrastructure are accurately reflected in the platform, eliminating orphaned tags.
"ALL TAGS" Analytics Filter Logic: Revised the evaluation logic applied when selecting ALL TAGS within analytics filters, ensuring complete and accurate dataset inclusion.
